Aside from the ones Roach listed: the Flash, any Lantern, the Phantom Stranger, the Anti-Monitor, Zod, Thor, Beta Ray Bill, Odin, the Living Tribunal, Mad Jim Jaspers, the Void, the Phoenix, Eternity, the Celestials, Max Faraday, the Silver Surfer or any of Galactus' Heralds, Doctor Strange, Doctor Fate, Ghost Rider, Apocalypse, Bizarro, Zatanna if she can say something backwards in time, Black Bolt, Captain Marvel, Black Adam, Superboy Prime...there's more, but I don't feel like listing them.

They're both pretty much indestructible, I wouldn't want to sit around and wait for that fight to finish.

Superman could easily just toss him into the sun or slamdunk him into a black hole or something. It's not like Hulk has anything that can hurt Superman anyway.
