Gonna want to know a few things first.
Before, during or after the civil war? Are the Brutes the main force or the elites?

Pre civil war. Elites are the main force but Brutes are also there.

Well the Elite's radar could prove a massive problem regarding his stealth. Batman's main thing is stealth, of course but a single blimp on their radar could prove to be bad for the bats.

You really think, a flimsy radar that works at a whopping 25 meters, would be able to detect and halt the fictional master of stealth and escape artistry?

Doubt it. If he can find a way around Superman's hearing he can find a way around a crappy little radar. Eh 2 or 3 days?

Like you said he doesn't know they have radar technology on them.

Yeah but he knows they're fairly affluent technology wise. Besides, the Elites only really have it.

He's not going to magcially know they have radars though. And yes the elites only have it. As the main driving force of their army there's going to be alot of them on High Charity.

I didn't say he would. But it takes a little intuition to know they probably have something fairly simple as radar when they have space traversing technology. But not more than the infantry. I.e Grunts Jackals etc.

Oh Bats would be killing the grunts and jackals no problem. I imagine a few elites dog piling him in a straight up fight would be trouble, though he is the Goddamn Batman
