I got a really good question to all the Ninjas here.....
Are you guys still going to show more favoritism instead of consistency like you have done many many times in the past?...you know what I'm talking about!
Are you guys still supporting the "Elite Force"? Cause I think this whole "make the bungie forums what you want" is total Bull S hit!

The way that the forum system is now setup, there is no capability for us to enforce rules as we interpret them. We're no longer the "content police" or the "play nice hall monitors". The Mute/Hide/Report system allows members to make their own decisions as to "what is acceptable and what is not" and we have no influence on the decisions of any members. If members report/mute enough, we get a notification in our work queue and either confirm/deny that the "charge" of the reported content is accurate or not. We don't set bans, we don't set ban lengths, we don't handle appeals, we can't see ban history, we are just a Q/A check in the now completely automated system. It is now impossible to claim (founded or unfounded) that the moderators are biased, inconsistent, incompetent, play favorites, or are arbitrary in our actions. We don't have the use our personal discretion any more, we just give a thumbs up/down to what other members hide/mute/report. So you can say that the "make the forums what you want" is bullshit, but the bullshit is now on you. You decide what you consider to be a rule violation and you decide what isn't. You claim that we were inconsistent and showed favoritism? Now you can be as biased or as fair as you think that you can be. That's not bullshit my friend, that's empowerment. You didn't like our way? Now it's YOUR way. If you can't cope with that much power? Not my problem.

Yeah right! These forums are all politics, and the Bull S hit stinks to high heaven, especially in the bungie forums. Empowerment is an illusion, a key tool in the rules of politics. Give the people a blind sense of empowerment and they are happy. You guys are good Bull S hitters I give you that! There's no amount of power you can give me that I can't handle. It won't be long before you guys are blocking or erasing my comments. But the more things change the more they stay the same. You think giving us "special privileges" will bring back people to the b.nets? LOL! This is by far the most desperate I've seen this site, proof of the dying giant Bungie.

I have no idea what you are talking about or what exactly is up your ass, but clearly whatever it is, you are taking great pride and joy in it being there. More power to you. Have fun with your power, do what you enjoy, and as long as you don't violate your membership agreement, you and your comments are there for anyone to see (provided they haven't decided on their own that you are a monumental dick and they don't want to listen to you). Which is the same power that you have. Use it, abuse it, ignore it. It's all good. Cheers.
