I like the name "Xbox Infinity". I hate the potential of Windows 8 being integrated. They wouldn't do that, even Microsoft knows Windows 8 is crap.

Windows 8 integration doesn't mean they're literally going to stick Windows 8 on your Xbox. The unifying Metro design language is already in the Xbox's UI anyway, so you've got tiles and typography whether or you like it or not. On the Xbox's end, "integration" probably means talking to other platforms more easily and sharing media. Windows 8, on the other hand, uses the brand as a hub for some of its Metro games.

Actually, I like Windows 8. It is much better than Windows 7, sure it was missing a start button, but I have one thanks to Stardock. ------ Anyways, from what I remember when I had to make a topic on both next gen consoles (there's only going to be 2 8th gen consoles, the Wii U is more like 7.1) , from what I found out was that there is a good amount of information saying how XBL might be renamed to Xbox Infinity, and then the next Xbox being named Xbox 8. It would work easily for marketing, and Microsoft picked up Xbox8 domains. Then there is this: The next Xbox will have 8 cores, have 8gb of RAM, be an 8th gen console, and have Windows 8.
