So why is he doing this? He's trying to kill the families of police officers because he was discovered lying about another officer doing misconduct? Is this man sane?

Supposedly he's protesting corruption in the LAPD...by killing officers that aren't even in the LAPD and hiding in mountains. Sane? Probably. Mentally unstable? Definitely.

The LAPD is corrupt but killing the families of these police officers isnt doing anything. Its just senseless violence and murder.
