Can We Put Base Damage Numbers And More On Abilities?

Since everything in Edge of Fate became more uniform in terms of damage and readability, would it be too much to ask that the subclass UI denotes the base damage numbers and other hidden info of abilities? For example, when hovering over a Thermite Grenade, it could be rephrased to read something like this (these aren't the exact numbers, mind you): "A grenade that sends forth 4 waves of fire in a line, dealing 400 damage and x10 Scorching targets with each hit". Here's another, for Withering Blade: "Toss a Stasis shuriken at targets that deals 300 damage and applies x60 slow on hit. Shurikens have mild tracking capabilities and can ricochet up to 3 times off of surfaces or enemies. Holds 2 charges". I think the only way this could get messy is when trying to describe tick damage supers like Silence & Squall Gathering Storm, and Stormtrance, since their values can very a lot. Also, Scorch scaling differently would be a problem, but I think it can be ignored for the time being. Another obvious issue that arises is the fact that base numbers won't match across all difficulties of content. To remedy this, either the Galvanized modifier, or a new independent modifier (based on difficulty level) would denote that enemies receive inherent dr: i.e, "Galvanized I: enemies receive 15% less damage and players receive 10% more damage" (again, this isn't necessarily accurate to real in-game values, but it helps players visualize important information).
