It seems every time I leave Kepler to go to the Tower, it gives me error code CE-34878-0, and it takes me back to the main screen. Help!

It is one of the major bugs in PS4. They are looking into it. Matchmaking is gonna crash the game no matter what you do -Tower,PVP,PVE-. No time frame for fixing it .
