I think hierarchy needs a different set of buffs than that. The missiles wanting you to play at range to get max damage but having a very noticeable range that they disappear at is really counterproductive. The guidance ring should float in front of you and allow legendary bows to fire through it and spawn missiles. The weapon should spawn warmind cells with the "wrath of the Warmind" mod every few kills

But it can't kill anything, Heal Clip wouldn't matter on it
