Raiju not really working
Raiju is extremely bad at what it’s SUPPOSED to do. Only the lighting from its cast gives super? Arc debuff kills grant less super? I get either 5%, 10% or 15% of my super back when I cast my super? It’s clearly buggy and it gotta be fixed since I fell in love with this exotic and its rework but clearly it needs another
