Can we just nerf all of them in general to the ground so we get out of a pulse meta, most bland annoying meta ever even with redricks, the nerf for that gun barely seems like anything too it’s still gonna be overpowered I just got killed by a nerd with over 1k kills on it

5 RepliesPulses honestly are fine, HC can challenge if you are a skilled player and use them to their strengths. In the high skill brackets, HC are still better. The proper nerf to Redrix is just a slight reduction to Sword Logic (which they are doing), and reduce hip AA. They are reducing handling instead, in addition to cutting back the 450rpm pulse buff that went into effect to make them a bit less forgiving. Before the buff, 450 pulses were almost never used. Optimal TTK didnt change (without damage buffs), KC could still 2 burst, but it was a miserable experience to duel with them because there was little forgiveness. I feel that at base, 450 pulses are in a good place, but with an easy to get and maintain buff like Sword Logic, which has a major TTK shift with this archetype, it makes it stronger than it should. I think that HC should have some AA reduction as well, especially 120s. They hit far beyond the range that they should, I think damage falloff is fine, but you should need to actually be accurate and have the dot on the enemy to get a hit beyond 20m. It is far more forgiving than many other weapon types as far as hit registration.
