I’m also stuck on all 3 characters. Been in a fireteam and they get progress but mine stays at 0/3 on step 3. Ran it multiple times solo but no progress. Yes, put a blue in first slot, purple in second slot and then complete/lock in the third slot. Getting crap rolls and completing the 3 but no advancement on the quest. Even ran several expert runs. Adept drops are few and far between which is a joke.

I'm having the same issue for 2 weeks now. I've complete hundreds of tomes at this point and stuck at 3.

Same man. It’s absolute nonsense. Every combination of scriptures possible many many many times. One abandoned the quests and grabbed them from the quest kiosk on all 3 toons and tried and tried and tried again. Wild.
