Arc is probably the subclass that was most affected by Prismatic. There’s almost no reason to use it over Prismatic as it does the same thing but better.
In part, because arc was the most neglected subclass during the 2.0 upgrades.

I really do think that not only should Combo Blow on Arc keep the higher healing, it should have the higher damage ceiling too

It depends on the class, arc especially for Hunter is probably the strongest. Followed by void then solar. For the other classes I’d say arc is the weakest especially warlock. Gateaway artist is better on prismatic, especially since you can use a better super and if your lucky(not me) have a star eater class item. I rarely play Titan so I can’t say what I thinks is weakest for them. But I do main Warlock and Hunter a majority of the time. I couldn’t put my liars arc build down. Even my luck pants builds used arc. Even my the gifted conviction exotic build uses arc over prismatic.

I main warlock so that’s why. And it’s not just in pve. In pvp there’s no reason to run stormcaller. Prismatic does the exact same thing as arc and more. They need to rework stormcaller.
