Nope.
With everything power capped, like -5 dungeons, what is the actual point? Power level is currently irrelevant.
However, if things revert to where we can over-level, then yeah, it makes sense.

😂 dude it’s master of course it’s still going to be -20 come on now, and let me correct myself it’s still -5 apparently for dungeons and raids however they tweaked damage dealt and taken to be close to where we use to be.

What's the point of grinding power level to 2,000+ when you get -20 on master? We can stay at 1,100 instead and it won't be any different
