I think titans are already strong just since they have access to barricades

Barricades are no where near to the strength of threaded Spector

Now not as much considering the uptime of threaded spectre but barricades are still quite good

Well tbf even after the nerfs threaded Spector is still going to be a substantially annoying ability to deal with And paired with the rest of prismatic hunters busted kit Shiz is not gonna be fun
