I am having the same issue. I have raised a help ticket with bungie but I have not received any response as yet. It has been a few days...

  • Have the same issue with my son's account. Reaction by Bungie so far: Send predefined answer, close the ticket to solved, close the follow up without reaction to solved. Let's see what will happen with the follow up to the follow up. I guess, closing without any action, but hey, maybe I get surprised positively. Would be nice, but not realistic, after my expiriences so far...

  • Any luck? I'm getting a reply from what seems like a copy and paste template aswell. I don't think they are actually fixing the issue? I have no problem myself using text and voice chat. I have enabled my dependant to use text and voice chat going through the KWS verification, everything is ticked but this still does not enable my dependant to use these features.

  • I submitted a ticket as well, and got an absolutely useless canned response with nuggets of wisdom like, "Try posting in the help forums". That's working great so far.

  • Would love to hear if you guys found a solution. Trying to play with my son, and nothing works to get his voice going.

  • Solution found, but you won‘t love it… My son‘s now legal of age. Since the it works fine. Seems that‘s one of the issues Bungie decided to have been fixed by time…
