It's 90$ if you don't have the will to grind. You can get every cosmetic in the store just by playing, no need to spend money. I have pieces from the newer store sets and some of the shades from the store without paying a cent for it.

You can't get every item without paying. There are some silver only items and the past season item bundles are one of them. Each season has 43 silver only items (click [url=https://todayindestiny.com/eververseCalendar]here[/url] if you don't believe me). You can get most items without paying money, but absolutely not all.

I've gotten many paid and new sets/cosmetics that otherwise don't show up in the bright dust section via bright dust engrams. From my knowledge they bypass the limitations of the rotating bright dust shop as I've gotten items from bundles i didnt think was possible to get without it rotating into the bright dust section such as the unique shaders, collab flair and cosmetic armor set bundles. The game is built with this feature in mind where getting 1 item of a bundle or armor set will reduce the overall price of said bundle. You can turn a 20$ armor set into 8$ by grinding and getting lucky. If we only talk about the bright dust section then yeah, there's alot you won't get. But you can get them by simply playing the game past season rank 100 in both the free and paid track of the season. The only difference is the ability to pay money and guarantee the cosmetic you receive compared to a randomized piece of a set (99% of the time its a ghost projection or legendary ship/sparrow).

You must have insane luck because I've never got any silver only nor collaboration items from bright engrams. Some bundle items do go to dust in the season after they are introduced but most silver only items stay silver only. Saying you can absolutely get everything in the eververse shop without spending a cent is just wrong.
