cross save help
i dont have access to my xbox account anymore so i cant disable cross save and unlink my xbox account

4 RepliesHi there! In order to deactivate Cross Save or unlink accounts from your profile, you must be able to authenticate all accounts. Bungie cannot remove any account from any profile for any reason, as this would be considered unauthorized. If you are unable to authenticate the account, please contact your platform’s support team to determine how your account can be restored or recovered. Hey there, you will need to work with Microsoft to regain access to the account. Bungie does not forcibly cancel cross-save or unlink accounts.
