HELM portal not working
I'm on the 4th step of the quest Into the Depths, and I need to deliver the coral to Sloane but the portal is always inactive, changing characters, restarting the game and even signing in another platform doesn't fix this issue, any possible fixes?

Found a work around if it helps. Have another player, whose portal isn't bugged, join your instance in the helm. They can walk through the portal and "deposit" the egregore for you. You will then be able to progress the quest. Keep in mind it does not seem to fix your portal issue but does at least allow you to complete the quest steps for this week.

same, it happened only on titan. Even I delete my titan once and redo the season mission, it still happened.

Having the same problem. For me, the portal is inactive on hunter, but active on warlock. So I cannot progress the quest on my hunter.

Same here. Really bummed out since you need to complete that step to be able to fish lol.
