REPRO STEPS: 1. Allocate the autorifle/smg's artifact perk that makes them stun overload champions. 2. Equip a trace rifle. 3. See that the overload square lights up saying you now have overload covered, even though you don't. 4. Try to stun overload with weapon anyway, it doesn't work. 5. Try to use Radiant to pierce the shields of a barrier champion, it doesn't work as you don't get the shield pierce buff as it thinks the weapon already has overload.
