Hi there, thank you for your report.
We are aware of players reporting this issue and are investigating.
To clarify, can you confirm that no quest progress was earned either from earning the medals in the first place nor from depositing them at the Tower?

Edited by beelzebuck: 5/4/2023 10:13:29 AMAlso having this problem. Tried depositing medallions but it's still not progressing. Edit: It progressed after a gambit match where my team won... but my screen was flooded with drop notifications I don't know what it gave me that progressed it.

Ey nice to see the support team are aware of this bug. As the other guys in the chat said, this is my first registered GG's participation and have the class item equipped, however after earning and depositing multiple plat and other lower level medals - it may be that the non plural nature of the "earning a medallion" is bugging the quest chain or something? Idk i ain't no coder thank you for all the continued work and i hope you guys get it resolved soon <3

This is probably in regards to the first step, which specifies earning a Medallion. Singular. I am also currently unable to progress the quest. Class item is equipped and not registering for the quest.

same here, ive turned in multiple gold medallions for, and its still stuck on step 1.
