As Tuxydoh said in your previous post whether by accident or someone has hacked your account or a friend gained access and deleted them as a joke, they can't be returned. I'm sorry this isn't the answer you wanted but the policy is clear on this.

Guess it’s back to warframe for me. Thanks for actually reading my post big dawg and not spitting policy, I was only holding out hope my game files revealed something that could save me but It looks like the community has unanimously decided my best course of action is to piss off. Just don’t want this happening to anyone else, and from what I’ve seen this is a reoccurring issue (my case aside) and that policy kills almost any chance of anyone affected by this receives help. I’ve documented this the best I can but yeah, this is the end of my guardian’s road unless my characters reappear as mysterious as they disappeared, having all your mission completions gone is just too much to do over again on all 3 characters. And who’s to say the new ones I’d have to create won’t disappear again even if I felt like doing it over. Thanks for your help bro, best of luck :_)

I can log in fine, but after loading a character I get constant "ATTENTION contacting server" messages, my power level is 0 and no perks or mods show on any gear. When trying to load into an activity, it hangs until I eventually get WEASEL'd. My internet is fine.

We will likely have to wait until the Hotfix at the earliest before anything gets fixed.
