If you dont hear back within ~2 weeks or the appeals are closed without any response they're upholding the bans and unfortunately thats the end.
They wont give you any specifics about why you and the others were banned but they did do a ban wave a few days ago for people that had taken part in recoveries/boosting so if it happened ~Thursday you may have been in that wave.

regardless of reason, the forums are unable to assist in ban appeals. If you feel a ban was not placed correctly, file the appeal using the form on the linked page and wait. If the ban was not correct it will be overturned, if you do not hear back from it, the ban was correctly placed and will not be overturned.

i think i saw other posts that had someone with the bungie blue box in their name respond. would be nice to get one aswell

Bungie security has not responded to posts since the appeal form was created. Since then, the forums cannot assist beyond linking to the form.

They are player support, they do not handle anything game ban related. The answer to your situation, is not going to change. If you feel the ban was not properly placed, appeal and wait for a response. The forums cannot assist you any further than providing the link to the appeal form.
