Yes same just logged in with the daily restart and made me agree with terms of use and everything again and then no characters hope it get fixed fast or Ill be done with this game shame.

I'll request a full refund for all the money i've put into the game if they can't recover but they should be able to rollback.

yeah that is a big problem ...me too lost all 3 ... 8 years of playing and money invested...

Yeah I got over 3000 hrs in this game love it with all the bugs and struggles through the years but if this wipe wont fix Im done . But still positive just frustrated a lot .
