every engram is 1580 since latest patch, including pinnacles
since installing latest patch every legendary, umbral, prime or pinnacle engrams i get are all at 1580 even though my lowest piece is 1583, cant up my power levels at all

I'm not having this particular issue but they just seem to be hitting certain players, not the general populace. As usual, 1/2 baked job. Crap like this is EXACTLY why I cancelled my Lightfall pre-order. I would advise you do the same.

7 RepliesI believe the power levels will be arbitrarily raised with the Lightfall dlc. It’s showing 1800 in the vidoc . If that happens then it’s almost pointless to waste resources on leveling a weapon that will be automatically raised in less than two weeks. Bungie should be clarifying this soon.

6 RepliesHi there. Can you provide screenshots or videos of the rewards you've gotten when completing any of the Pinnacle challenges you've done this week? Note that Prime and Powerful engrams can only provide an increase up to the 1580 hard cap. After reaching that, they drop at your base level. If your base is 1583, they cannot drop higher than that. Primes also look very similar to regular Legendaries, so be sure to hover and see what the level and description is before decoding them at Master Rahool. Umbrals and legendaries don't drop above the hard cap.
