I want the Ramparts to feel like how Citan took territory and made the lightless fear him. I don't know what the problem was in Crucible, but the exotic is weak now. I tried making a fast barricade build for Strikes, Heists, and Dares recently. 4 melee kills granted my barricade the fastest. x4 Reaping Wells & x4 Utility Wells ain't even given the energy I was hoping. The health is fine 300hp It lasts 10s up. Okay It takes a long to get back (1m with Bastion) NOT OKAY! I want the power fantasy of getting energy back through standing behind it and "holding territory" as Citan did. Equipping the Exotic will improve the barricade recharge rate at the cost of making other abilities (Grenade, Melee) charge slower. Or Standing behind the barricade slows Grenade and Melee cooldowns and puts that energy into quickly charging the barricade. (My Favorite) The power fantasy in my eyes is to feel the power of ability at its full potential using an Exotic. So what I want for Passive cooldown is At Tier 10 Resil. x2 kickstart TYPE: \ CoolDown: / Towering \ 18s / 600hp Bastion \ 28s / 500hp OverShield Ramparts \ 18s / 300hp STAY Ramparts Bation \ 28s / 300hp STAY The cooldowns that include Ramparts means they have to STAY behind the barricade for the 10s it's up, if the titan ABANDONED their barricade it will go up 20s Ramparts 38s ABANDONED Ramparts Bastion 48s ABANDONED Another thought was to get barricade energy getting combatant kills through it for PVE viability. Shooting a barricade should reward you with small super energy, and the satisfaction of a lain not being in control. TL;DR • Slower Grenade and melee once Barricade is place • Faster Barricade if you STAY your ground for the 10s it's up • Slower Barricade if you ABANDONED the Barricade. • For PVE, kills through the Barricade grant class energy. • Damaging a barricade gives super energy.
