This says a lot about the forum culture, no, I shan't be snapping. I actually didn't do the challenges since they said they cut the effect by half, but will try adding those.

Well, it is true, people are quick to assume you're insulting their intelligence for asking basic questions. But my understanding of troubleshooting is to start with the simplest explanations and proceed from there. It's sad that I often regret trying to help others.
