I’m a solo player and usually only have an hour or so to get on so finding a fireteam would take too long. Is there a dungeon encounter or something that’s relatively easy?

You'll get a mixture of +1's and +2's but you'll advance one level a week. Once your level is advanced take advantage of the Prime Attunements that will give you a pinnacle drop of your current level for defeating difficult opponents. And bounties should be claimed after you advance the pinnacle level. If you can, go lean; equip your gear with the highest current level and don't have unnecessary lower light gear.

Do anything that says pinnacle some of the easiest solo ones are preservation and the playlist activities

Do the pinnacle activities and do the Preservation activity as it gives a +2 piece of gear each week. Sometimes I get a score of 100,000 from the nightfall on hero difficulty and if you run Dares of Eternity enough times and get the 250,000 score for that pinnacle. Learn to do the Dungeon of the week solo for +2 gear...I play mostly solo and it is a lot slower leveling as a solo then with a fire team doing more of the high end game activity.

2 RepliesDo 3 strikes 3 crucible 3 gambit (The strikes need specific elements) then do stuff like Preservation, the first encounter of the new dungeon is insanely easy since it's just shooting targets no bosses or anything, Shattered Throne whenever it's the pinnacle is the easiest dungeon to the point it might even be possible to not call it a dungeon, Osiris and Iron banner ones are easy since you don't need to focus on winning and I think those are probably the easiest ones I might've missed one or two though.
