Hey there. Which step are the catalyst quests on?
Step 5 is to find a dead exo within Legend Seraph's Shield. That will advance the quest to Step 6, which is to proceed and complete the mission.
If your quest is not proceeding to the next step, that sounds like you may be completing the mission while still on step 5, without finding the required exo.
