As long as you don't name and shame you should be fine.
Name and shame includes typing the username of the victim, posting a screen recording of the victim or something like that. This is to stop people from harrassing whoever is the 'cheater.'

Ah I have quite a bit of experience with forums so I guessed so. And no, the post will not ask for any information, shame, or mention any cheaters. It's not actually about somebody's opinion of a cheater; rather what they think of cheating in games. Thanks!
