Hey there. Trinity Ghoul is a 'world drop' exotic, it drops randomly from Exotic Engrams. You DO need Forsaken to be able to obtain it, but it is not a kiosk weapon, that is reserved for old 'quest' weapons like Thorn and Izanagi's Burden.
Just keep playing, and buying Xur's fated engram, it should unlock for you, hopefully soon.

The more exotic engrams you get, the closer you'll get to Trinity Ghoul dropping, and buying Xur's engram will get you one step towards it each week.

But yet in the description of the pack there is a mark that it has the trinity ghoul, I thought when buying it that I would get it

You [u]need[/u] Forsaken, to get Trinity Ghoul.. But it's a random world drop weapon so you still need to wait for it to drop.

They drop randomly from any activities and enemy kills. Other than that, you can buy 1 from Xur every weekend that will give you an exotic you don't have yet. Once you have all the weapons, he will start dropping armors when you buy an engram.
