Hey there. The Iron Banner streak bonus only counts for giving bonus Valor, not IB reputation itself.
IB is a flat 30 for a win and 20 for a loss, modified by your challenge modifier, so 4.4x should be 132 for a win and 88 for a loss. While that sounds low now, at the maximum of 11x, achievable on Friday, that's 330xp and 220 respectively.
0XP on a loss doesn't sound right, but I too had the occasional match that just didn't seem to award any XP. I'll see if anyone else mentions it.

I have a 5 game streak right now. I've been getting 75 for every match, win or lose despite having 4 pieces of IB gear on and an emblem equipped. It's clear something is broken.

People are definitely experiencing problems, can only really wait to see if Bungie comments. But just to repeat, the Iron Banner 'streak' only affects the Valor you also get during IB, not actual IB reputation points.

Except the buff clearly states it's Iron Banner Ranks that are supposed to be getting boosted so your comment isn't accurate. It's literally called "Iron Banner Rank Boost". But I'm not seeing ANY increase.

[b]You having a 5 game streak means absolutely nothing for IB rep.[/b] as its only for valor. Ignore the 5 game streak completely. the IB rank boost itself seems to be having some issues with people like others have said.

And even outside the streak bonus, I am getting only 75 for a win while wearing 4 pieces of IB armor and have an emblem equipped. The boost is clearly not actually functioning.

Just had a win and received nothing but Clan points. I have seen 88 for a loss and 132 for a win, but zero is just plain crap and a waste of time.

Before the match my total score was 3341 rank three and I still am 3341 after the match that my team won btw. Anything to be done about that?

I'm getting 120xp per win with a x 4.4 bonus. Doesn't really seem worth playing atm

Just won a match, 4.40x, and got 105XP, that is less than 24 base...
