I'm hitting the exact same problem - I just did two haunted lost sectors (I've completed 30+ so far) and:
* No loot drop
* No spectral pages turning into manifested pages
There's no reason to do haunted lost sectors right now. I have lots of pages I need to manifest.

Today I exited the game, started it up, collected spectral pages with my Warlock, and went back into a Haunted Lost Sector. Played all the way through, shot lots of headless ones, etc etc. When the glowing chest opened: nothing came out. No loot, no manifested pages. I waited all the way until mission was complete. Switching back to my Hunter now. This is a data loss issue and would seem to me to be a Pri 0 issue. It would be nice if Bungie could figure out a retro-active fix for all that loot / manifested pages folks are missing out on. -

If you're leaving before the actual completion you won't get counted that ending screen that you see in the beginning isn't actually the ending screen the Trick and Treat screen is just that it's a trick the treat is when you wait and actually get the completion you can't disappear right after you finish the boss and the chest pops you have to wait a little bit until the actual clear pops up

Edited by DougieFRE5H7: 11/3/2022 8:43:49 PMThat's weird then it shouldn't be doing that have you tried doing a full reboot on your system I know there were a few people who are having that issue in the beginning but Bungie did say that they fixed it the only other reason why you shouldn't be getting loot is if Pages aren't being transferred over the only reason that should be happening is if you were at Max pages changed over but you should still be able to get drops however this whole event has been somewhat bug from the beginning but it's nothing new it was bugged last year also I myself had to reboot a couple of times just to fix a few things I'm on a series s I had to do a full reboot by unplugging my Xbox for like 5 minutes so my system could do a full reboot and power up that seemed to fix the issue for a few days haven't had an issue since hope that helps

Update: I was able to get rewards after switching from my warlock to my hunter, fwiw. -
I am waiting till end, tried launching both from ways and then leaving Fireteam of friends and doing solo queue. - No pages converted - No loot drops Switched from Titan to Hunter and then did get the Loot weapon at end of the 4th one. Still pages not converting. So yeah - tis' bugged still. My friend who only has his one Hunter (so can't check other character) is getting Loot every sector but no page conversions.

Went and did a Dares event with my friend, went back to Haunted sector and it started dropping loot. The end of event did convert 13 pages so doing another activity must have kicked it over.
