I recently upgraded from a PS4 to a PS5. My son plays Destiny 2 as well. His account is linked to mine via Sony's Family Management. He is able to play all the expansions I purchased on the PS4 with my main account, but not when he plays on the PS5. Is there a way without repurchasing the expansions on my PS5 to allow him to play the expansions on the PS5?

Same thing happened to my second account. No problems using the expansions on the PS4. But playing with the second account on my PS5 (Destiny 2 PS5 version) it has no access to the old expansions: only to the Witch Queen/30th anniversary bundle pack. Weird! I started using this secondary account after getting to 1600 on my main just to kill some time because this season is really boring. 😔 But surely I will not pay again for using the expansions on the PS5 version of Destiny 2 that previously I had access on the PS4 one. 😑

Have you made your main account on the ps5 as the primary account as this in normally the reason game sharing stops working.

6 RepliesGame sharing is a console feature and Bungie doesn't support nor do they troubleshoot it. However when you son selects destiny is he playing on the ps5 version?
