The third chest for Gjallarhorn catalyst not spawning
The 3rd chest for Gjallarhorn catalyst isn't spawning for me. there isn't a reaver vandal or a chest

Did you get the first 2 chests during the same run, without disconnecting or leaving? Have you finished the servitor encounter before looking for 3rd vandal/chest?
