Remove or Rework Eager Edge Perk
It's only use it to be toxic and piss everyone else off.
Either the person is friendly killing slamming people or map level rushing avoiding all kills in strikes loading zone after zone despawning everything moving you up to next checkpoint, then boss..
Solution, rework it to target enemies only like the actual sword and give it a cooldown using ammo as well or delete it entirely.
Too many trolls go unpunished team killing.

I think they should make it insta-kill the wielder when they hit a teammate. Otherwise its fine.

Rework it so when swinging the sword you lose player collision while eager edge is active.( you phase through other players like on the tower)

I like to think when I leave that they are forced to wait for the next guardian to join. After a while they'll get the hint.

how are PvE players even making PvE boring? i do it all the time, and usually end up in a t-bag fist with either a titan shoulder bash or he equips eager edge, it's the most fun i've ever had in PvE. you're also telling me you like killing red bars for... what? bounties i'd understand but other than that, no reason to ever want to kill things in strikes.

You know people can rush through strikes without it right? I mean people have been doing so for years at this point and plus a lot of people now a days only do strikes for the pinnacles so going fast is the best way for them. Also tons of people (Like myself) use it for other reasons one of my favorite uses is jumping puzzles especially if I don't have an ability like Tcrash available

Just no. It's one of the most fun perks in the game and it's already been nerfed once. If anything, adjusting the collision detection between players would be the way to go, but don't nerf the perk itself.

F tier take. Absolutely F tier. Literally all issues with eager edge could be solved by making sure that fireteam collision is removed. I use it because I don’t want to spend 3x the time to get from point A to point B. Do it use it in strikes? Yes. Why? Because strikes are brain dead level easy and I have no reason to just not skip past the enemies. Even if every enemy needed to be killed in a strike to progress I could still very easily equip trinity ghoul and wipe every add in the mission before you even get to it. You would then be whining about removing trinity ghoul.
