This whole post could have been avoided if you just used a different subclass? The game gets stale when every subclass can do the same thing, team composition is a big thing in most games, destiny included, just have 1 person running solar so they can heal you, arc 3.0 isn't the problem it's your playstyle, wouldn't be a very fun game if everyone was the same, mix it up a bit

At least speaking for titans, thunderclap is upsettingly garbage in the grand scheme of things, knockout is still kinda awkward and bad, juggernaut is for PvP. The grenades are…. Okayish? But there’s no fun in dumping into a grenade build for a subclass whose entire identity is supposed to be punching things. The supers are still garbage and thundercrash still 100% entirely relies on Falling Star to be useful. Jolt and amplified just aren’t strong enough to carry the subclass.

  • This comment is stupid IMO. Of course you want the traits that Arc 3.0 brings to be at the forefront and built around. Void, Stasis, and Solar all had good traits that came with them. So what are you talking about a skill issue? It's not a skill issue if the traits of a subclass feel lackluster compared to other subclasses. It's called balancing, and this is WHY Bungie specifically reworked all the light subclasses after Stasis. And let's be honest, of all the subclasses, Arc needed the most love from Bungie. Is it fun to play? Yes. Would I take it in to endgame content? No. Most likely not. Because for endgame content , freeze, invis, and healing are king. So if those are the subclasses you run for endgame content, did Bungie actually rework the subclass to compete with the others?

  • I never complained that it wasn't fun or even remotely unviable. People like you always blaming it on the persons attitude gloss over the idea of gameplay balance that Bungie is trying to achieve. I'm saying what makes you pick Arc out of all the others besides 'fun'? People only bring Arc mostly on endgame for their Super but if it doesn't offer much specialty in endgame then theres bound be less usage-- which was the same case with arc before. If other subclasses can stand alone better than arc, then where is the balance there? Im not saying its far but its definitely still a tier below the others especially in terms of synergy with weapons, exotics, and even teammates. Your solar hunter can radiant and heal grenade you. Your void titan can overshield you. Your stasis warlock can freeze champions. What does Arc bring to the table that make you want them on your team besides that thundercrash?

I'll take a chaos on a raid boss because I dont care about burst damage, I know the boss is dying either way, I like doing the super because it's FUN, you need to stop letting other people dictate your Loadout, everyones chasing the meta and now you're all miserable
