i5 what exactly? Destiny 2 is very CPU-bound.
Dod you have third-party apps/utilities like Razer Cortex, iCue, Dragon Center, Armoury Crate etc installed and running?

My processor is an Intel i5-11400F, using an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660 Ti. I have 16Gb of RAM and an SSD. I don’t have any of those background apps/programs running. Not sure what they are. With only D2 running it’s at 100% cpu usage somehow.
