Hi there.
If you go into your [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Profile/Settings]Bungie account Settings[/url] and click "Accounts & Linking," do you see Prime gaming at the bottom of the page under the "Authorized Applications" sections?
Does the Reward appear in your [url=https://www.bungie.net/7/en/Codes/Partners]Partner Rewards section[/url]?
Do you share your Amazon Prime account with anyone else? If so, do they play Destiny 2 and do they also sign up for this program? Have you tried logging in and out of the game to see if anything changes?

i accidentally unlinked last month and it won't let me relink it please help

Similar problem here and didn't want to make a separate thread. I haven't played Destiny 2 in months but have collected the past 8 rewards according to Prime Gaming but according to the Partner Rewards page on here I've collected all from Prime Gaming Reward Offer 16 to 30 yet Amanda doesn't show any of them. I figured I may not have linked my account since October 2021 as Prime Gaming tells me to relink in that case so I unlinked my Amazon account but now I cannot relink it neither on Bungie.net nor Prime Gaming and I still don't have any of the rewards.

I am also having this issue, I claimed it today (7/28). I double checked everything, Prime Gaming is linked and the reward appears in my Partner Rewards. I unlinked and linked the accounts again but no luck. Thanks for looking into this.

Under the "Authorized Applications" sections my prime gaming says "Revoked" Any way to fix this?

got the same problem. i dont played d2 for a longer time but collected all the prime loot. i cant get anything ingame the new loot also not. all rewards appear in the partner reward section if i dont miss something. contacted the prime gaming support he told me it should be around 9 times loot that i´m missing atm.
