For the umpteenth time during this season, have been booted out of an activity due baboon and weasel error codes. Once again I am writing here in the forums, where I do know for a fact that the ninjas, moderators, and community managers look (have seen responses to those that are playing PC getting help more so than console players). While I do in fact play on wifi (not the best option but is my only option) this has been in fact one of the worst seasons I have been apart of when dealing with error codes. Error codes always happened that I can not argue against, but to have a game blame me for the constant crashing? Completely unjustified and utter nonsense. These error codes have been going on since the June 13th update and have only gotten worse overtime. If you have any suggestions that are better than the useless advice page for addressing these codes then post that, otherwise develop a team that can actually work on the servers that seem to have constant issues when you perform maintenance, either in d2 or d1. Always seem to happen more during those times than any other time.

"UPDATE"--- Tried reseting router and modem, clearing the cache of the system. Was instantly booted by a canary error code. Reset the hardware again (both internet stuff and ps4 system), logged in for about 30 minutes before kicked by baboon-weasel tag team codes. Currently in the process of reinstalling d2 in the hopes that something is bugged from of the patches. Recieved a wifi booster to see if that would help but it actually lowered my download speeds from 50 mbps to 14 mbps and upload from 3.1 mbps to 147.8 kbps. While I know people will continue to say, "Why are you running wireless and not a wired connection?" I might have had occasional error codes in the past, but this season has been the absolute worst with constant error codes popping up in continuous sequences. Tonight was my 50th overall case of baboon & weasel error codes. Hoping and praying this ends so I can just enjoy the game again.

1 ReplyHi I SOLVED my problem with BABOON then WEASEL. THE SOLUTION for me was a dodgy connector on one of my hubs. I decided to connect the computer directly to router and the problem went away. Looking closer at my hub a crimped connector was barley making contact and with the heat caused more problems than usual. I re-crimped the connector and its been fine ever since. CHECK your connectors or replace cables in the first instance, then look deeper if necessary.
