Remove the vote, just add both armor sets.
there is already not enough armor sets in this game. add more.
or make all the old sunset armor available again.
after the hell you have put your player base through with all the glitches and exploits in WQ so far... the least you could do is do a solid for your players.

And no, I want to feel like I personally helped deny Hunters their Monster set twice...or, alternatively, I want to blame Hunters for making me have to deal with the Hairy Dunemarchers if the Monster set wins. It's just good, wholesome class warfare.

Idk why they couldn't. It would be beneficial to have both on a profit standpoint. You have the concepts ready to go. Just why not?

These community vote things are stupid anyway, not just in Destiny but in every game. There's always gonna be popular YouTubers basically demanding the community to vote for one thing otherwise they're gonna get terrible luck for the next 27 years or something

I want monster but I agree to add them both. If I had to pay for monster I would buy it. Seems like a waste to let it fade into obscurity.

I've always thought they should rely on the community more. Make it a community art challenge where people can submit armor sets and let people vote on the winner. I'm sure the community would come up with way better ideas! Heck, they'd probably design the armor for you if you give them an exclusive emblem lol.
