Can you clarify what you mean by you're unable to get Cross-Save to work? You currently have Cross-Save enabled with your Playstation save data and your PSN ID and Steam ID set up. You can play your Playstation save data on Steam when playing with your linked Steam ID. - As far as your other question you asked below, Cross-Save does not merge accounts or let you pick and choose bits and pieces from multiples of those used. You choose one main account to use its save data and that's the save data that is available on all of the other linked platforms. All other save data is stored. So, no, you cannot use different characters from different accounts with Cross-Save. If you have a Titan on Xbox, a Warlock on Playstation, and a Hunter on Steam, and set up Cross-Save with your Xbox save data, you'll only have the Titan and two blank spots for character creation available when playing on the linked platforms; the Hunter and Warlock will be put in storage.
