Sooo I feel like weekly extra bounties should reward more bright dust than 10. I remember being able to get 200 per weekly bounty back in the day for just 1 bounty. Bungie screwed us over and no one is talking about it. Bright dust sure there’s “ more “ in the pass now but compared to how much you can obtain then in the past vs now, it’s a complete scam. Doing all 3 character bounty’s would give you roughly 450 a day. But like most people I have a life and a job and family grinding all 3 characters isn’t possible. We got robed and no one is talking or talked about it.

3 RepliesThey talk about it somewhere in the past seasons, they reduced the earnings by bounties while increasing the gains from the season pass. Not saying that's not scummy but the change was not an under the water thing.

Everyone has already talked about this. You weren’t when this change happened clearly.

4 Replieshttps://youtu.be/z2vT2xLYTLI There’s a video talking more about it if you want more information. But this needs to be brought to attention. Bungie you guys are really coming for the pockets and punishing the players that actually play your game. It actually makes me angry.

It has been this way for months you now gain most of your bright dust by completing the season challenges a total of 10,000 for completing.

But like most people I have a life and a job
Cool. So that means you can afford to buy Silver. Grind in real life so you don't have to do repetitive stuff in video games for the free Eververse currency.

1 ReplyI will not do challenges in the quest section for bright dust. When I run out of dust I will no longer get the seasonal armor sets. I will never pay money to look a way in a video game. It should always be earn-able.

5 RepliesI remember back in the days if D1 where bright dust was 20 times more difficult to get than it is now. I’m actually grateful that I’m able to get bright dust so easily. And, as others said, bounties are just one way. You also have the season challenge rewards, which hmgice you tons of bright dust. I think the brig hot dust is fine the way it is

Bungie screwed us over and no one is talking about it.
The only people that got screwed over were the ones that played 24/7. Most people are getting & keeping way more bd now than before.

1 ReplyI think it works out around the same unless you were some weird bright dust farmer. The real issue is the length of this season means we're going an extra 3 months with no challenges.

The “compensation” is 10,000 for weekly challenges completing all challenges over 181 days. Looking at the old system it was 200 per bounty roughly 1,000 per vendor. So 1,000 x 3 = 3,000 a week. Now there are 25 weeks this season. So 25 x 3,000=75,000.
