been seeing a lot of division among #lore over this, especially this season.

I have my doubts about Mara
-
Team crow
-
1 ReplyPetra, she is a friend! ...even though she gave us a pistol which was sunset in both games...
-
Crow will free Savathun and run off with her

Edited by Tâxx, Herald of the IRS: 9/11/2021 1:00:41 AMTeam Petra. Crow is young and is being stupid. Savathûn groomed Crow for a reason. She's the queen of lies and manipulation.
-
Honestly team Crow.

1 ReplyI chose Team Crow, but I'm not exactly saying he's right. Petra and Mara are right to be wary about Crow talking with Savathun, but straight up forbidding him and not telling him anything is just going to make him rebel. Tell him the truth, that Savathun manipulated his previous self into murdering his fellow Awoken and killing Cayde-6, and for that reason they don't want him going anywhere near her in case she still has some kind of hold over him. Giving Crow an explanation should be a reasonable compromise, and would help him understand that he's not being mistreated and mistrusted, he's being protected, if a bit roughly.

11 RepliesTeam Savathun... I shall crown myself the Witch King and together we shall rule the galaxy!
-
Third option should have been “I don’t know the lore” lol
-
I don’t particularly like crow or Petra. Petra is to hard on crow, but crow is a bit… whiny. Personally, I’d just like to tell Petra to lay off crow and crow that gaurdians aren’t superior to lightless. Being a gaurdian means that you are granted abilities and powers that are rivaled only by other gaurdians. Non gaurdians can kill you, and you should treat those who work for their skills with respect.

1 ReplyThe Vanguard distrusts Crow, and for good reason. Normally a new guardian has to prove themselves over time before being let into the "inner circle" of the Vanguard. But, Crow was vouched for by "Osiris". Since we know it was really Savathun, we have to be even more cautious, because her ushering Crow into the city the way she did was obviously part of her plan. What that plan is, we only partially know, so everyone's caution is merited until we know more.
Example: We know that Savathun asked Crow to steal some of Spider's dead ghosts. We now know that's because she's looking for a way to make Hive guardians. He's still a potential liability, so keeping them apart makes sense.
18 RepliesPetra. We know her, we trust her and she wasn't groomed by the hive god of trickery... The crow can't be trusted right now, isn't exactly a experienced guardian AND is emotionally attached to it.

2 RepliesEdited by bh: 9/10/2021 1:55:23 PMCrow knows his -blam!- and has had literal physical experiences with the darkness before us gaurdians have, Petra tbh is just maras little servant who just so happens to have an opinion
-
2 RepliesTeeam Petra no doubt. She's the only character that has been down in the trenches with us actively doing her job since D1 house of wolves and I respect the hell out of her. I get that we're essentially Crow's bff and I'm cool with that, but Petra has basically been on my fireteam for years, and we've been fighting our way through some pretty crazy events and trauma since Forsaken. I would defend the Crow, but the way he acts to Petra makes me wanna slab the -blam!-, sit em down, set him straight, and explain that literally all of Petra's frustration and misfortune are a direct result of the man he used to be. A person whom Crow is vaguely aware has done things horrible enough to be murdered for on the spot by unknowing strangers.

10 RepliesI love these post just so I can say in my story I have made uldren dies again and so does the ghost that resurrected him. So no I’m not letting bungie live it down. An I’m not letting anyone else remember that character as any other character beside uldren.
-
Crow is a reborn person, he is not Uldren. People can't let that go because it's not possible in our reality, but in the game it is.
-
i want savathun to trick him.
-
Team crow all the way. He is just like Mithrax came to a new place to call home but because of someone else that looks like him did bad things he suffers. So if last season you sided with the fallen, you side with crow. Also I feel bad for the man and we should tell him what uldren did they aren’t the same person but crow can become like uldren if we treat him like a villain and less like a brother in arms.
