I play on PC but cannot hear my friends on PS5 in game. Looking for solution too.

Have you tried to play with other pc players and does the voice work and can you hear others?

I fixed it! Turns out that Destiny wanted to use my other devices, for the chat. Like my VR headset, even tho it wasn't plugged in. Disabling it did the trick.
