Because I am personally not a fan of being punished range, damage, and recoil wise, when I want to shoot and ADS at the same time. I would say "imagine if you could fan fire when you shoot from the hip, and have TFC functionality when you ADS at the same time", but that would be pretty overpowered. If people actually view this post, any thoughts on this?

Plus its broad and it doesnt really line up with what I would like, which was to have two toggle-able shooting modes (which is why i used Suros Regime and its two firing modes as an example so you know what Im talking about). Mcrees gun has the fan fire and ads + shooting functionality that i mentioned would be too op in pvp.

You'd be better using basically any other HC. One of TLW's biggest drawback is the 8 round cylinder, which is low by any HC standard. You basically have to reload after every fight, and thats not even taking missed shots into account. Its probably the one thing that'd keep it in line if it ever got a duplex trigger. The only real problem i see with this would be perks from one firing mode working on another, like how the gun was bugged in D1 where the hipfire precision bonus was applying to ADS.

If your saying the first curse is just genuinely bad then i understand your point but the alternate firing mode wont just make it shoot slower or worse than any other hc like you were saying.

What Im trying to say is i want an alternate firing mode for the last word, which would be the way first curse shoots, which would give a bonus to range and stability when getting a precision kill. Basically I just want a button that turns the last word into the first curse if that clears up the misconception.

You want it to behave like Hardlight before its first rework. My original post was about making it dual trigger, basically merging TFC into TWL. Again, the 8 rounds will hold it from racking up fast streaks. I'd just prefer it it got the best of both worlds. If anything, clever thumbskill can even help extend the mag just like TFC did to synergize with hipfiring.
