Wow, show me a player who can solo complete Altars of Sorrow. I really need to improve how I play the game in order to achieve the almost impossible.
Yes, the game can be a grind in certain ways, but AFK farming is just selfish. As noted in my original post - the main issue lies with these problems causing the activities to last even longer for everyone else who are playing in a genuine manner.
I forgot to mention that these farmers tend to have very high season pass levels (350+), so it seems that they have figured out that Override is ripe for exploiting.

Very suspect indeed. How does his ammo keep getting full without picking up bricks. How does he keep his timer so full it never drops under 1:30 and he's running between portals. He fies 3 or 4 shots from anarchy and has full ammo straight away everytime. Same with all his weapons. Doesn't look legit to me.
-
Yeah, this youtuber guy does not represent the everyday D2 player. His loadouts and weapons are tuned to the nth degree.
-
I agree. It's extremely annoying and self-centred. It can put the mission and any subsequent rewards in jeopardy. If a player is AFK then we should all 'down tools' and play in the same way. I can hear cries of 'cutting off your nose to spite your face' but I don't care. I'll always help if I can but the occasional selfish player just makes me want to deck them.

You can practically one hit a nightmare with energy accelerant + crown splitter. Add sunspots into the mix to farm ads to keep the time up
-
Is energy accelerant still bugged? I thought they fixed it when they patched telesto.
-
They fixed Telesto and Symmetry but straight after they fixed those more were found but haven't been fixed or announced that they are going to be fixed

The Nightmares are not the big issue. When Altars was less busy (no point in doing it since the weapons were sunset for a while), I solo played all the way until Stage 4. The fifth one was a lot more difficult because you have to get through the three pairs of shielded wizards, that can get spaced quite far from each other.
