You receive those messages because either your light level is high enough to participate in Legendary Lost Sectors or the daily Lost Sectors rotates as part of the Daily Reset.

Oh, that is super strange since lost sector don't have the icon or name of the side story's activities, but ok I guess

Also, I can't find any record of DC weekly missions "Broken Courier," "The Oracle Engine," and "Dark Monastery" in your past. AFAIK, the ghost shell and the sparrow can only be earned there.

This doesn't make any sense, I did everything, even the secret triumphs. The image is in portuguese but it is a proof.

Oh, right I forgot to check the API as well, my apologies. The reward is unfortunately based on RNG and, AFAIK, there is no RNG protection in this case. Running the weekly missions seem to be the best way to farm those cosmetics.

What about the pulse rifle? Is it still obtainable?

You need to wait for the Corrupted to be in the Nightfall rotation to be able to earn the weapon. Each season has a curated set of six strikes in the Nightfall activity.
