Then that was for far worse things than just a bad connection. Bans are non-reversible (unless you appeal & Bungie finds it was an error). Bad connection only gives restriction for pvp activities.

Afterwards, I discovered that I was at first warned for my bad internet (and so a restriction) but I accidentally clicked ok when I got the message cause I thought it was the message of leaving mid-game (because my internet was bad at that time) Afterwards, I realized the message was a restriction instead of just a message of leaving mid-activity and thats why I got permbanned iguess. I kept playing with bad internet while having restriction.

Again, I’ll repeat myself, bad connection doesn’t cause perma bans. Never has.

Okay... so where can I find the "real" reason why I got permbanned from d2 then?

In most cases, it’s due to running/using unsupported 3rd party software (such as cheats, trainers, code injectors, debuggers, etc) while also running d2.

Is discord included in these 3rd party things?

No need to be facetious. Discord is perfectly safe to run/use while on d2.
