Dead Exo Scan Not Giving Triumph Credit
I was scanning all the dead exos for the triumph the other day. Upon scanning the final exo in Creation, I fast traveled back to Variks before the lore audio finished from the exo. Upon looking at the triumph it showed I was still missing one, which happened to be the one in Creation. Upon going back the dead exo wasn't there and I have no triumph credit. Can anyone help? Thanks
