Thank you for the report, please update your initial post above with the information that you tried that. I reported your issue, but in the meantime, please see if clearing your Browser's cache, using private browsing mode, or using another browser allows it to process through normally. Those are the last things I can think of that may help resolve the issue. If none of them work, you'll unfortunately have to wait until either Bungie fixes it or someone else on the forums may come in and offer more insight to things that might help you out.
